File type:
We accept vectorized .eps or .pdf as our main formats for printing.
Please supply all linked images separately.
Resolution:
If raster images are present, please supply files at 100dpi at final size.
Fonts / Text:
All text within the artwork must be converted to outlines / curves.
Colour:
All supplied files need to be set to CMYK. Please indicate any specific pantone that need matching.
We will take great care with colour matching but certain Pantone colours are not always achievable with CMYK printing.
Bleed:
For any items that need mounting or trimming (which is most things), please add 5mm additional image for bleed to all edges.
File transfer:
Our e-mail attachment limit is 10mb.
Files up to 20mb can be uploaded to us via Dropbox or similar file sharing services.
Terms:
We will do everything we can to detect errors in supplied artwork, however any errors that go undetected will be the responsibility of the client.
This includes incorrect fonts, spelling, low resolution images and incorrect colour matching if no colour matching information has been provided.
Clients will be responsible for all costs associated with reprinting, manufacture and installation.
